In order to qualify for the diploma, learners are required to be found competent in six (6) of the subjects listed below.

1. IRIDOLOGY
Iridology is the analysis through observation of the marking and changes on the Iris of the eye. According to what is "reflected" in a particular area or zone of the iris, the Iridologist may spot an existing problem and recommend appropriate action.

The course includes:-
1. Theory and Intensive Practical Training
2. Business Studies
3. Hygiene and Sterilisation
4. First Aid

2. REFLEXOLOGY II
Reflexology is the study based on Ancient Chinese and Indian diagnostic and therapeutic systems that work on the soles of the feet. The study concentrates on Zones and Reflexes, which are related to the corresponding organs, glands and other body parts by means of meridian or energy lines.

The course includes:-
1. Theory and Intensive Practical Training
2. Anatomy and Physiology
3. Nutrition
4. Business Studies
5. Hygiene and Sterilisation
6. First Aid

International Qualifications obtainable.

3. AROMATHERAPY II
Aromatherapy is the use of specifically selected oils combined with massage. The student will learn to treat the client holistically taking into account physical, mental, emotional aspects and benefits of aromatics, thus stimulating the body's ability to heal itself.
 
The course includes:-

1. Theory and Intensive Practical Training
2. Anatomy and Physiology
3. Pathology
4. Nutrition
5. Business Studies
6. Hygiene and Sterilisation
7. First Aid

International Qualifications obtainable.

4. SHIATSU & MERIDIAN THERAPY
Shiatsu is a Japanese healing art using the thumbs and fingers to benefit the body, mind and spirit. Like acupressure, Shiatsu means 'finger pressure'. By calming or stimulating pressure points on the body, Shiatsu rebalances the electromagnetic forces of the body and releases a flow of energy and life force. These forces enhance a person's vitality and natural healing powers.

5. SPORTS MASSAGE
This course focuses on intensive training for the student who wishes to pursue a career in the field of specialised sports and remedial massage therapy.

The course includes:-

6. SPA THERAPY
This course deals with Thalasso-, Hydro- and Phyto-Therapy. Water is used in various ways to stimulate the skin, nervous system, blood vessels and internal organs with the aim to maintaining a balance in the body.

The course includes:-
 
1. Theory and Intensive Practical Training
2. Business Studies
3. Hygiene and Sterilisation
4. First Aid

International Qualifications obtainable.

7. SPA MANAGEMENT
This module is an extension of the business administration module and has been adapted to include the most important components involved in the managing a Spa.

8. MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE
Lymph drainage is a light method of massage working upon lymph vessels and glands, in order to stimulate elimination of watery stagnation of the tissues and to improve the flow of bodily fluids. Lymph drainage is an all round effective method of regeneration.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:
Camelot has developed this programme incorporating aspects of Holistic, Natural Therapies, Spa Therapies and a number of treatment trends required in the sophisticated Spa industry. It was designed to accommodate a Third year of training as well as offer therapists the opportunity to upgrade their formal qualifications in order to work within the Spa therapy industry, which is internationally and nationally endorsed.

1. Additional subjects may also be studied on an individual modular basis.
2. International and National recognised Diplomas are offered.
