SWEDISH BODY MASSAGE
This course encompasses theoretical as well as the practical knowledge of Swedish Body Massage techniques. Swedish Massage improves the physical, mental and emotional health by dispersing everyday strains and tensions, bringing about a general feeling of relaxation, stability and well-being.
Offered over a period of approximately 2-4 months, either in the evening from 17:30-20:30 or on a Saturday from 9:00 - 13:00
